Chez Vrony \u2013 Michelin Listed, 14 Gault-Millau Points<\/strong>
Zermatt\u2019s most famous mountain restaurant, and with good reason. At 2,100 metres in the hamlet of Findeln, run by the Julen family for over a century, Chez Vrony combines farm-to-table Swiss cuisine \u2013 the family raises its own cattle and produces its own charcuterie and cheese \u2013 with one of the most unobstructed views of the Matterhorn anywhere. Reachable via the Sunnegga Express funicular followed by a 20\u201330 minute walk downhill, or directly by ski in winter. Booking is essential.<\/p>

Just a short walk from Chez Vrony in the same hamlet of Findeln, the Findlerhof has been a fixture of Zermatt\u2019s mountain dining scene for over two decades.
